UK data centres
Overview
Three consented data centres
Greystoke is a leader in data centre development in the UK. We are set to deliver nearly 600 MW of new computing power through our three consented hyperscale data centre projects.
2.5 GW pipeline
We have 2.5 GW of data centre projects in progress in total and more than 2.5 GW of accepted grid connections.
Northern Lincolnshire AI Growth Zone
We are bringing forward the proposed Northern Lincolnshire AI Growth Zone, in partnership with local stakeholders. This will see four new AI data centres co-located with the UK’s most advanced clean energy cluster, driving £20bn+ of investment.
Activating investment
We bring together technology companies, investors, local authorities and utilities, enabling investment in data centres to be activated.
