We take a research-led approach to originating new projects – which include hyperscale data centres, battery and solar developments, high-tech manufacturing and science campuses, and film studios.

 

We identify critical economic needs at the national and regional level and carefully select sites where projects can be developed – for instance for more data storage capacity.

 

We engage with local stakeholders and communities as we develop our projects.
